These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of J&S Events Space Located at 5747 Samuell BLVD #800B, Dallas, Tx. 75228
By clicking the checkbox, we assume you read and accept these terms and conditions. Do not click the checkbox if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person booking J&S Event Space. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to the owners of J&S Event Space. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and Owners.
Venue Access and End Time
- We will make the space accessible to you on time
- You must Ensure Space is completely vacated and returned on time as agreed
- You will be charged a late fee if space is not vacated on time
Non-refundable Reservation fee
- You must pay $300 to retain the venue only or $500 to a retain venue + Decoration package , which is non-refundable and goes toward your rental fee
- Spots can only be reserved after payment is confirmed and the agreement of the terms and Conditions
Final payment
- Final payment must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
- All payments are due on the date of the reservation if the event is in less than 2 weeks
Please ensure payments are made on time to avoid a late fee
Cleaning
- Mandatory $100 cleaning fee is required for taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting and cleaning of the venue
- At the end of your event, just take your trash of the table, put in the trash can and take your food, gifts and leave!
Refundable Incidental Deposit
- A $250 incidental deposit will be added to your final payment which is refundable within 3 days after the event.
- The deposit is refunded if the space, equipment, and supplies are not damaged and no overtime use of the space
Payment Methods
- Initial and final payment can be done via Zelle, cash app, Venmo, and Credit Card.
Note: For credit card payments, A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to the payment
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Please if you must cancel, Ensure you do that at least 6 weeks before the event. The final payment will be refunded but not the $300 or $500 reservation fee
- Final payment won’t be refunded if the event is canceled less than 6 weeks before the event
- Please if you want to reschedule your event, do so 6 weeks before the event. A fee of $150 is due at the time of the rescheduling
- No fee is required to reschedule in case of events Beyond Our Control including and not limited to weather, pandemic, natural disasters, etc.
Food, Drinks and Alcohol
- you can bring your own food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages to your event, however you are responsible for any consequences of alcohol consumption during your event and in under no circumstances can food and alcohol be sold to your guests.
- It is preferable to have a bar attendant to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure alcohol is served only to adults 21 years and older, and not to underage and intoxicated individuals. J&S Event Space is not liable for any alcohol intoxication and underage consumption
- A security guard is recommended for events serving alcohol after 5:00 Pm for the safety of you and your guests
Things not approved at our space
- No real flames except food warmers, cake candles, and unexposed floating candles
- No smoking and hookah
- No glitter
- no confetti
